javax.resource.ResourceException is a J2EE class, it is not part of the standard JRE, which is what Notes/Domino uses. I can't say much about Websphere's MQ casses as I have no real exerience with them, but these classes appear to require at least some J2EE classes to run. If all they require to run is the classes and not a full ejb container environment, then you can just include the proper jar(s) from Websphere into the Notes/Domino JVM's ext directory, or include them in JavaUserClasses, and give that a try.
